I'M JESS.

I’ve been actively developing our family rhythm for over four years now and, after a lot of study and research (and much trial and error), I’ve learnt a lot in that time.

I’ve woven together my unique perspective as a maternal wellness practitioner, a researcher, and a Steiner-inspired mama of two, to create a simple ten-step process to weaving rhythm that allows the whole family’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs to be consistently met.

Because the thing nobody talks about is: rhythm isn’t just for children, it supports mothers too. In the absence of that mythical “village” that we’ve all heard about but few of us actually have, rhythm is the only thing I’ve ever come across (and believe me, I’ve searched far and wide) that can lift families out of survival mode and into a place of genuine thriving.
